Hi, I’m Isabel

I’m interested in people, complex questions, and what becomes possible when we look at things in a new way.

Over the past fifteen years, I’ve worked in a variety of settings: corporations, a startup, large agencies, and small consulting firms.

My experience ranges from marketing and strategy to service design and innovation, and includes leading an interdisciplinary research and design team.

I’ve helped companies, executives, and teams understand people and their behavior, make sense of complex issues, and develop better products, services, and strategies.

Throughout this journey, one thing has become clear to me time and again:
The most exciting questions rarely have a single, clear-cut answer. They require diverse perspectives, curiosity, and the courage to challenge established assumptions.

That’s exactly what I thrive on.

What I Do

I’ve never been good at limiting myself to a single label. I’m just as interested in people and psychology as I am in strategy, design, and the question of how a good idea can be turned into something that actually works and makes an impact.

Today, I no longer see my versatility as something I have to squeeze into a single job title.

It’s what defines my work: quickly getting to grips with new topics, asking questions from different perspectives, and recognizing connections that are easily overlooked.

I combine research, strategy, and design with my experience in leadership and coaching, and I work at the intersection of people, organizations, and change.

I work with people through career transitions, with organizations on their development, and on products, services, and experiences that people truly need.

Depending on the context, I listen, ask questions, analyze, think strategically and systemically, develop ideas, or set things in motion.

How I Work

Whatever the specific issue may be:
I prefer to work with people, not just for them.

I contribute my knowledge, experience, and perspective without dictating what the right solution is.

I listen, ask questions, think through the issues with you, and bring clarity and direction to complex situations.

I approach challenges with curiosity and confidence—and I’m convinced that even demanding changes can feel easy when tackled together.

What Drives Me

I’m interested in what happens when people stop doing only what has worked so far.

When someone realizes: There’s more to it than that. When a team dares to see possibility where others see constraints. When a vague hunch becomes an idea. When an idea turns into action.

Understanding people. Shaping the future.

That’s what it’s all about for me at its core—whether I’m coaching an individual, working with a team on a strategic issue, or helping to develop a new product.

My path has never been linear, and I think that’s a good thing.

Throughout my professional life, I’ve started over several times and left secure positions without knowing what would come next.

From the outside, much of it looked like a successful career. But deep down, I kept asking myself the same question: Was this it?

Looking back, it was precisely these transitions that turned out to be some of the most valuable phases of my life. I learned to tolerate uncertainty, trust my intuition, and figure out, step by step, what the right next move was.

Change rarely begins with a perfect plan. More often, it begins with a feeling—the sense that something no longer fits, or that more is possible.

I love those moments when nothing is set in stone yet. The questions that don’t have clear-cut answers, and the moment when something new begins to emerge from them.

Today, as a certified coach, I help people navigate precisely these kinds of transitions. I trained at the Institute for Applied Psychology in Cologne and at the Fired Up Academy in Berlin, with a focus on systemic coaching.
