I’m interested in people, strategic questions, and what becomes possible when we look at things in a new way.
For the past 15+ years, I've worked in different contexts: large agencies, small consulting firms, two corporations and a startup. From marketing and strategy to service design and innovation, to leading a research and design team.
I've helped companies, executives, and teams understand people and their behavior, make sense of complex issues, and develop better products, services, and strategies.
Again and again, I've experienced the same thing: the most exciting questions rarely have one clear answer. They need diverse perspectives, curiosity, and the courage to question assumptions.
That’s exactly what I thrive on.
What I do
I combine research, strategy, and design with my experience in leadership and coaching, working at the intersection of people, organizations, and change.
I’ve never been good at limiting myself to a single label. I’m just as interested in people and psychology as I am in strategy, design, and the question of how a good idea becomes something that actually works and makes an impact.
Today, I no longer see my versatility as something I need to squeeze into a single job title. It's what defines my work: quickly getting to grips with new topics, looking at things from different angles, and spotting connections that are easily overlooked.
I work with people through career transitions, with organizations on their development, and on products, services, and experiences that create real value for people.
Depending on the context, I listen, ask questions, analyze, think strategically and systemically, develop ideas, or set things in motion.
How I work
Whatever the topic, I like to work with people, not just for them.
I believe the best work happens when people inspire each other, challenge each other, and genuinely enjoy figuring things out together.
I bring my knowledge, experience, and outside perspective to your situation—without dictating what the right solution is.
In everything I do, it’s important to me that things don’t stop at clever analysis and beautiful slides. Real insight should lead to real change.
What drives me
I’m interested in what happens when people stop doing only what has worked so far.
When someone realizes there’s more. When a team dares to ask a question differently. When a vague hunch becomes an idea that feels right. And when that idea sets something in motion.
Understanding people and systems. Shaping the future.
That’s what it’s all about for me at its core—whether I’m coaching an individual, working with a team on a strategic question, or helping develop a new product.
My path has never been linear, and I think that’s a good thing.
Throughout my professional life, I've started over several times, leaving secure positions without knowing what would come next.
From the outside, much of it looked like a successful career. Inside, the same question kept returning: Was this it?
Looking back, these transitions were the most valuable phases of my life. I learned to tolerate uncertainty, trust my intuition, and figure out what comes next, step by step.
Change rarely begins with a perfect plan. More often, it begins with a feeling—the sense that something no longer fits, or that more is possible.
I love those moments when things aren’t clear yet. The questions without ready-made answers—and what emerges from them.
Today, I help people navigate exactly these kinds of transitions as a certified coach.
I trained at the Institute for Applied Psychology in Cologne and at the Fired Up Academy in Berlin, specializing in systemic coaching.
