I don’t want to keep going like this.
You want to make a change in your career, but you’re not quite sure what exactly—or how to get there.
You already know more than you think. In just a few weeks, you'll gain new clarity about what you want, discover a direction that feels right for you, and identify concrete next steps. And you'll find the courage to give them a try.
So you can feel excited about what’s ahead again.
Maybe you’re not just unhappy.
Maybe you’re simply ready for your next chapter.
I support people at career crossroads, regardless of their title or industry
The freelancer who has been successful for years but realizes that their current work has become routine and no longer truly excites them.
The creative who sees AI changing their field and wonders how they want to put their experience and strengths to use in the future.
The leader who appears to have it all together on the outside, but privately senses something needs to change.
The founder who no longer feels driven by the vision that once motivated them and is wondering whether it’s time to move on.
The generalist who doesn't have enough room for their many interests and is looking for a path that brings them together
And: people after leaving a job, who feel they need to make sense of the experience before new ideas about what’s next can emerge.
A partner who thinks alongside you
As a certified coach, I support people who want to make a career change but don’t yet know exactly what—or where to go next.
I know this situation very well from my own experience. More than once, I’ve outgrown something without knowing what would come next. In moments like these, coaching has given me a space where I didn’t have to prove myself or have all the answers.
In my work, I combine my background in leadership, strategy, and design with my training and experience as a coach.
As a designer, I bring principles from Design Your Life into my coaching—an approach developed at Stanford University. We turn ideas into experiments and learn as we go. This way, change becomes something you can try out, rather than a decision you have to make once and for all.
I don’t believe change has to feel difficult. It can spark curiosity, give you energy, and even be fun.
You only have this one life.
Sometimes change doesn’t start with a crisis. It starts with a quiet, persistent feeling: There’s more.
You’ve outgrown something. And you’re wondering what comes next.
How you experience your work affects your entire life—your energy, your relationships, your sense of purpose.
Whether you're employed, freelancing, or running your own business, your professional life may once have felt like the right fit. But just because something was right for you then doesn’t mean it still is today.
It’s time to take an honest look.
That’s where we’ll start.
How we work together
If you decide to work with me after our intro call, we can get started whenever you’re ready. We’ll meet every one to two weeks, online or in person in Berlin.
Three to five 60-minute sessions are usually a good starting point. Each session builds on the previous one while leaving room for whatever is on your mind at the time.
Our process has three phases, which we adapt to your specific topic: Clarity, Perspective, and Momentum.
-
First, we take an honest look: Where are you in your life right now? What’s on your mind? And what is this really about?
We sort through your thoughts and look at your values and current needs. We make visible what’s missing right now or what no longer feels right for you.
You gain a clearer sense of what matters to you, what you want to change, and where you want to go.
-
Then we open up new perspectives: on yourself, your possibilities, and what you may have overlooked so far.
We explore what truly interests and motivates you, and connect it with your strengths and experience.
What would change if you asked “how” instead of “if”?
New ideas and possibilities begin to emerge—and you get a clearer sense of what feels right for you now, and what brings you joy, energy, and a sense of meaning.
-
Now we get concrete: What do you want to try? What do you need to make it happen? And what will help you keep going when things get uncomfortable?
You take action, learn through experience, and discover what works—and what doesn’t. I help you turn ideas into action and keep moving when things get uncomfortable. Together, we look at what emerges and where it could lead.
It’s not about having the perfect plan. It’s about finding the courage to try things out and discovering what truly works for you.

What you might be wondering
-
Often, it starts with a feeling that something doesn’t quite feel right anymore. Without being able to pinpoint exactly what’s missing or where you want to go.
Maybe you’re feeling dissatisfied, bored, or overwhelmed. Maybe you’re at a career crossroads and wondering what comes next.
In coaching, we take the time to look more closely, explore new perspectives, and figure out what feels right for you now. That vague feeling becomes clearer: what you want, what you want to change, and what your next steps could be.
-
Maybe you know the feeling: I don’t want to keep going like this. From the outside, everything may seem fine, but something is missing on the inside—motivation, joy, a sense of meaning, or the feeling that you’re in the right place.
You don’t need to know yet what you want to do instead. If you feel ready for a change and would like some space to think things through and figure out what’s next, coaching can be a good place to start.

I’m a certified systemic coach, trained at the Institute for Applied Psychology and Fired Up Academy.
Before and alongside my coaching work, I spent many years working in leadership, strategy, design, and consulting. I’ve led teams, supported complex transformation processes, and experienced several career changes of my own.
This combination of coaching expertise, professional experience, and my own experience of change shapes my work as a coach.
-
Of course, it’s important that you feel comfortable talking to me about what’s on your mind. Just as important is that my experience and approach match what you need right now.
During our free, no-obligation intro call, you can tell me what brings you to coaching, get a sense of how I work, and see whether we’re a good fit.
Afterwards, you can take your time deciding whether you’d like to work with me.
-
We meet for 60 minutes online via Google Meet—or in person in Berlin, if you prefer. We usually work with a digital whiteboard. It gives thoughts, connections, and ideas some space to take shape instead of just circling around in your head.
There’s no fixed script. We start where you are and look at what’s on your mind and what matters to you.
We don’t just focus on what’s difficult right now. We also look at your strengths, experience, and what’s already working well.
Sometimes, it helps to do more than just think something through. We can bring your body into the process and tune into what you’re feeling. Depending on the topic, this may include somatic exercises.
At the end, you’ll take something concrete away with you: an insight, a new perspective, or a next step.
-
It depends. Three to five 60-minute sessions are usually a good starting point to get things moving.
Sometimes, things become much clearer after just a few sessions. Sometimes, your topic needs a little more time and space. If that’s the case, we’ll decide together whether and how to continue.
-
Coaching is not therapy and does not replace it. It’s not about treating a mental health condition, but about supporting you as you work through questions and changes in your life.
Consulting and mentoring often involve specific recommendations and drawing on personal experience. Coaching focuses more on helping you find your own answers. I bring questions, perspectives, and methods—you know your life, your situation, and your needs best.
And if you’d like my perspective along the way, I’m happy to share my own experiences of change, too.
„Clarity isn’t about knowing what you want to do with your life, it’s about knowing what you want to do this week. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to know your next step.“
Not sure if this is right for you?
That’s exactly what the intro call is for. We’ll explore what’s going on for you and whether and how I can support you. No obligation, of course.
