It’s time to rethink
what's next.

You want to create something new, or take what you already have to the next level—and want an outside perspective?

I make visible what people need, challenge your assumptions, and work with you to shape what comes next.

So you can see what’s possible.

Here’s how I can support you

1

You need to realign your focus.

A new situation or challenge raises questions.

You want to understand what matters now and find a direction that feels right—then turn that into concrete next steps.

2

You want to develop something new.

You’ve identified a problem or an opportunity.

You want to understand what people really need and develop an offering that is relevant to them and aligned with your goals.

3

You need an outside perspective.

You’re deeply involved in a topic or facing an important decision.

You need someone to help you make sense of complexity, challenge your assumptions, and find the right direction and way forward.

4

You have a goal, but no clear path.

You know what you want to achieve, but end up getting lost in complexity, possibilities, or details.

You need structure, priorities, and a practical way forward that helps you make progress step by step.

No two projects are the same.

Depending on the situation and what you need, I take on different roles: I work independently on a specific question, develop solutions with you, or act as a sparring partner.

These roles can shift and complement each other throughout our collaboration. We’ll decide together what makes the most sense for your project.

I prefer a hybrid approach. I’m happy to come to your office for workshops, important meetings, and collaborative work.

I work independently.

I bring my expertise in analysis, research, strategy, and design to your questions and challenges where it can make a difference.

We work together.

We think, explore, and create together—in a strategic and creative process with people who bring relevant perspectives and experiences to the table.

I’m your sparring partner.

I bring an outside perspective to complex situations and strategic questions.
I contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and help you see things more clearly and make better decisions.

How we work together

We start by clarifying where you are, what you want to achieve, and what you need to get there. Based on this, we develop a process that fits your needs—focused, pragmatic, and open to new insights along the way.

Our work typically moves through three phases: Clarity, Perspective, and Momentum.

We adapt them to your specific topic and revisit them as needed.

A partner for complex questions

I work with leaders and teams who want to create change, think differently, or take something to the next level—and are looking for something different from traditional consulting or a purely creative process.

I combine strategic thinking with research, creativity, and a deep interest in people. I bring different perspectives together, challenge assumptions, and turn complexity into clarity and ideas into action. This is where I’m at my best: when the direction isn’t entirely clear and a ready-made framework or quick fix isn’t enough.

I started out in marketing and strategy and moved into service design and innovation, increasingly working at the intersection of people, organizations, and change. Over the past 15+ years, I’ve worked across agencies, consulting firms, a startup, and two corporations, most recently as Head of UX, leading a research and design team. That experience has given me a first-hand understanding of what it means to be responsible for people and outcomes, make decisions, and drive change within a complex organization.

My work as a coach has sharpened my eye for people, dynamics, and what lies beneath the surface. I look closely at what’s really going on and where change should begin.

What I’ve worked on

Products, services & innovation

  • How do we bring the culture of a traditional, family-run hotel into the future and redefine luxury for today’s world?

  • How do we communicate the first add-on service brand from a popular car manufacturer?

  • How can we make a loyalty program truly relevant in everyday life—and its rewards genuinely appealing?

  • How can AI and in-car assistance enhance the car of the future?

  • Could a modular subscription model also work for an established bank?

  • How can an app remain intuitive and easy to use as the number of features continues to grow?

  • How do we design an online shop based on how chemical product buyers actually behave?

Organization, culture & collaboration

  • How do we create an environment where employees can develop and contribute new ideas?

  • How do we foster psychological safety—and what does it take to create it within a team?

  • How do we create a feedback culture that works at all levels of the organization?

  • What is at the heart of our corporate culture—and how can we make it tangible in a hybrid work environment?

  • How do we turn OKRs from a framework into a system where employees take ownership of initiatives?

  • How can we regularly understand how satisfied our employees are—and identify benefits that are genuinely relevant to them?

And what does that get you?

Clarity

You know exactly what's driving the problem—and where the real opportunity is hiding.

Perspective

You see options you hadn't considered, because someone finally challenged your assumptions..

Momentum

You leave with a plan you actually want to execute—not just more ideas and another slide deck.

Not quite sure what you need yet?

That’s what the intro call is for. We can look at what’s going on and see if and how I can support you.
