There’s more. Even when you’re not sure what comes next.
I support individuals and companies during periods of change, transition, and innovation. I help bring to light what’s already there, challenge what’s been taken for granted, and work with you to shape what comes next.
FOR INDIVIDUALS
Change & Career Transition Coach
Do you feel like your current job no longer quite fits, you’re losing motivation, or you’re ready for something new?
As a certified coach, I support you through professional change and career transitions, regardless of your industry or level of seniority.
Together, we create clarity around what matters to you, open up new perspectives, and find a direction that feels right. You don’t need to know where you’re heading yet—we’ll figure it out together.
FOR ORGANIZATIONS
Change & Innovation Partner
Do you want to evolve your organization or the products and services you offer, and need to better understand what your employees or customers really need?
Whether through sparring, process facilitation, or taking ownership of a specific topic, I work with you on challenges related to change and innovation.
I combine research, strategy, and design to uncover opportunities and develop solutions with you that are relevant and create real impact.
Two contexts, one way of working: Change that goes deep, but feels light.
Whatever the challenge, I look closely, question what you may be taking for granted, and work with you to explore what’s possible—and how to turn ideas into reality. As deep as needed, with as much inspiration and enjoyment as possible.
-
Where do we stand right now? What’s really going on? What do we see—and what might we not yet see? And last but not least: What matters to us?
-
What are we taking for granted? What other possibilities are there? What could a future that feels right look like?
-
What’s the first concrete step? How do we test whether we’re heading in the right direction? And how do we bring about change?
Hi, I’m Isabel
I’m interested in people, complex challenges, and what becomes possible when we look at things in a new way.
I’ve never been particularly good at limiting myself to a single label, and I see that as one of my strengths: bringing different perspectives together, asking the right questions, and working collaboratively to turn ideas into something that works.
Over the past fifteen years, I’ve worked at agencies both large and small, a startup, and two corporations—across marketing and strategy, service design and innovation, and eventually leading a research and design team.
Today, I draw on this experience in my work as a strategic and creative consultant, sparring partner, and coach, supporting people and companies who want to rethink or change something.
My different perspectives influence one another: What I bring from strategy, design, and research shapes my work as a coach and helps me guide people with focus and creativity. At the same time, my coaching practice makes me a better partner for companies—more attentive, more inquisitive, and more open to what may emerge.
When we’re in the thick of a situation, we often see only what’s already there. An outside perspective creates distance, asks different questions, and brings to light what’s easily overlooked in everyday life. Not to provide the answers, but to find better ones together.
You can work through difficult questions on your own. But you don’t have to. don’t have to.
Let’s explore what’s possible
Do you have a question, a specific project in mind, or simply feel that something needs to be rethought?
